However, while this is a point of pride
and branding we have found that only about 2% of our traffic
comes from visitors clicking through on this search term.
As mentioned earlier the real estate searcher has a very
personal perspective when performing his/her search. Confirming
this assumption, over 80% of our search traffic comes from
what we consider to be unique search queries (meaning less
than one person in a thousand used this exact phrase). These
